AN AMAZING “RED DAY” WITH OUR FRIENDS FROM KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY

We would like to thank our friends at Keller Williams Realty for their amazing support of our mission to help the food insecure children in our community. Keller Williams holds an annual “Red Day” where members of their team volunteer for a day to make a difference in their community. We are grateful that they chose our non-profit organization for their day of service this year.

A special thanks to Donna Molet for coordinating the day and Red Day Chairperson, Kathleen Goneau both of Keller Williams Realty North Central for their tremendous support.

Volunteers arrived at our “Kastle” at 9 am and worked on various jobs throughout the day. Some of the volunteers helped us pack kare kits while other volunteers helped us to make the tree tags for our annual holiday mission for the kidz. Some volunteers helped us prepare the letters that would be sent to the families to register for our summer kare kit deliveries and others helped us shop for the food at BJ’s.

We were surprised with the delivery of cedar bark mulch and a full work force to do a spring clean up of the yard and the spreading of the bark mulch. A special thank you to Dan Loring of Keller Williams Realty Apple Country and his team for donating the mulch.

We would also like to thank Brieanna Kelley, branch manager at Total Mortgage for providing lunch for all the volunteers.

Thank you to Jeremy Madore of Madore Photography, LLC for putting together a video of the day showing the tremendous support Keller Williams gave to our mission.

At the end of the day we were presented with a $500 KW Cares donation from Keller Williams North Central Leadership – Rochelle Jonswold & Mark Kavanaughl. This donation will help us to provide kare kits to many children.

The kindness and generosity of everyone involved is truly appreciated. It is because of people like all of you that we are able to help the children in our community.
