PREPPING SMALL GIFT BAGS FOR THE HOLIDAY MISSION

 With the holidays approaching our team member, Mia, came up with the idea to prepare small holiday gift bags for the kids. Not being able to do our holiday mission as we have in the past due to Covid restrictions she wanted to be sure the kids would receive something from us in the event we were not able to provide our regular gifts as we had in the past. She chose different items to add to the bags that she thought the kids would enjoy. Special thanks to Mia, Sarah, Paige, Alana, Lisa, Kylee and Lori for their work on this project!!

PACKING KARE KITS

Thanks to our team members for packing kare kits for the kids. It was nice to have Kylee home from college to pack with us!! We greatly appreciate the dedication of our team especially during this crazy time with Covid-19. We couldn't do what we do without all of you.

We would like to thank Jim Herrick and his members at Power Source for their continued support of our mission to help the food insecure children in our community. Annually, during the month of November, Jim organizes a food drive for our kids. Not only does he collect an amazing amount of food from his members but he also challenges them to do specific activities, such as a certain number of burpees, and then he makes a personal monetary donation depending upon this challenge. We greatly appreciate the kindness, compassion and generosity of Jim and his members and it is because of people like all of them that we are able to help the children in need in our community.
