A VERY SPECIAL THANKS TO MICHAEL ROSENBERG & PROMOTION IN MOTION

Once again we would like to thank Michael Rosenberg, the President and CEO of Promotion In Motion, for his continued support of our mission to help the food insecure children in our community. Promotion In Motion makes the famous Welch's Fruit Snacks that we provide in the kare kits every week. Promotion In Motion is the only company that donates product for our kare kits. Every month Michael sends a shipment of Welch's Fruit Snacks to be added to the kare kits for our kidz. His kindness and generosity is greatly appreciated.

The photo of Michael & Kylee is from August 2018 while Kylee was visiting Promotion In Motion for a week long internship. Michael has not only provided product for the kare kits but he has supported Kylee and her mission in numerous ways. When he learned of Kylee's mission he reached out to her with an offer to provide Welch's Fruit Snacks for the kids. But that is not where it ended. He has also been an amazing mentor to Kylee from inviting her to attend trade shows with him in Chicago to learn more about business and marketing and introducing her to some of his business partners in Florida and the Philippines where he arranged for her to do internships in sales and marketing. She has had multiple opportunities to work with his company, Promotion In Motion, in New Jersey and Canada. From her experiences with Michael Kylee has chosen the field of Marketing to pursue in college.

We would like to thank Michael for his kindness, compassion and generosity. He is an amazing man with a big heart and we want to be sure he knows how much he is appreciated. We are grateful to be able to call him our friend.

THANK YOU TO THE LEOMINSTER EAGLES

We would like to thank Bob Lawrence and the Leominster Eagles for their continued support of our mission to help the food insecure children in our community. Bob recently requested and received a matching grant from the Massachusetts State Eagles for the $2,000 that was raised by the Leominster Eagles. Bob presented us with a check in the amount of $4,000 to help feed the food insecure children in our community.

We greatly appreciate the kindness and generosity of everyone involved with this donation. Your donation will allow us to provide kare kits to many children. It is because of people like all of you that we are able to help the children.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF TYLEN CUNNINGHAM

During the month of March Emma Lewis Cunningham has once again reached out to her friends, family and community to ask them to remember her beautiful son, Tylen, by donating to local organizations that are dear to her heart. Emma has started a new Facebook page TYme For Kindness where she shares her fundraisers or acts of kindness done in memory of Tylen.

After losing her son, Tylen, Emma made a decision to honor him by holding a food drive to help our kidz. She has been supporting our mission through her annual March fundraiser in memory of Tylen for 5 years. The amount of food that she has collected is incredible - another true testimony of the love her community has for Tylen and his family. She has just delivered her first car load of food to us.

Emma's strength, kindness and generosity continues to amaze us all. We cannot imagine the pain that she and her family are in and that she would think of other children during this time is a testimony to her strength and love for her beautiful son.

Emma we hope that you know that we greatly appreciate your kindness and will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers. We know that Tylen is smiling down upon you!

APPALACHIA VOLUNTEERS OF BOSTON COLLEGE PACK KARE KITS FOR OUR KIDS

 

The Appalachia Volunteers of Boston College joined us this weekend to help pack kare kits for our kids. Kayla Hobbs a senior at Boston College reached out to us in November to coordinate the volunteer day for the students. They usually travel to sites around the country, during their spring break in March, to do different service missions. With Covid-19 they were not able to do that this year. Due to that they decided to find service projects locally and we were fortunate to be chosen as one of their projects.

Due to the Covid restrictions we had to schedule two separate groups of students to pack with us. We had one group join us in the morning and the second in the afternoon. We greatly appreciate their support of our mission to help the food insecure children in our community.
