Another week of packing the kare kits is done. We are so grateful to everyone who supports our mission to help the food insecure children. ANOTHER WEEK OF PACKING WITH OUR FANTASTIC TEAM

Week after week members of our team give of their time to come to pack the kare kits for the kids. The dedication and support that these amazing people continue to give is truly amazing. We are so grateful for all of you!!

MIA KARES MORE ABOUT OUR KIDZ THAN SHE DOES HERSELF

Mia recently celebrated her 11th birthday. While most kids look forward to the gifts that they might receive for their birthday Mia is not like most kids. She decided that instead of receiving gifts for herself she would rather receive food that could be used in our kare kits. Mia brought her "birthday gifts" to us recently. Not only did she bring food for the kare kits but a few people made monetary donations.

Mia not only did you give up your birthday gifts but as a kare kit team member you give of your time throughout the year. You should be proud of yourself. We sure are!

PACKING WITH HARVARD GIRL SCOUTS

Thank you to Jr Troop 41003 & Cadette Troop 30741 from Harvard for joining us to pack kare kits. A special thanks to Janice Kennedy & Holly Senykoff for organizing this with us. They helped us to pack 438 kare kits! Not only did they help us pack the kare kits but they stayed to help us set up the food for the next weeks packing!! We greatly appreciate your support and hope that you will join us again sometime.

We were amazed when we found an envelope in our post office box this past week with BJ's coupons that had been sent to us from someone in New York! It was quite the surprise to know that someone from New York is following our mission and willing to send their coupons to us. Pretty cool!!
